    Our Matrix42 PDF Designer connector turns information in Matrix42 Professional into PDF documents with your own layout. Choose any object type, design your template in a visual editor, and have the finished PDF uploaded to a file field on any Matrix42 data card.

    PDFs can be created automatically from a Matrix42 workflow, for example when a ticket is closed, so case summaries, decisions and receipts are always correct, consistent and stored on the right card.

  • Personal Data

    The connector reads data from Matrix42 only at the moment a PDF is created. Linknow does not store the PDF documents or the data fetched from Matrix42. The finished PDF is saved only in Matrix42, or returned to the system that requested it.Linknow stores only what is needed to run the connector: your PDF templates, uploaded images and the connection details for Matrix42. PDFs are created in an isolated environment that cannot send data to the internet. All traffic between Matrix42 and Linknow is encrypted with HTTPS.
