Our Barracuda Managed Workplace to TOPdesk connector exposes a webservice that enables Managed Workplace to automatically send information about updated Trouble Tickets into TOPdesk for creation as Incidents.
The connector also periodically imports all the existing devices from Managed Workplace and recreates them as Assets in TOPdesk which ensures that your Trouble Tickets/Incidents in TOPdesk are always linked to the correct asset and customer in TOPdesk.
